Senior Product Manager Internal Security & Infrastructure | Fintech Industry
Were helping our client hire a Senior Product Manager to help drive a product-centric approach across the internal security and infrastructure environment of a growing, mission-driven fintech organization. In this leadership role, youll shape scalable, user-friendly internal platforms that empower cross-functional teams, reduce risk, and support long-term business growth.
This is a high-impact, highly collaborative position suited for a strategic thinker with a strong background in platform product management, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. You'll work closely with engineering, InfoSec, compliance, and legal teams to embed secure-by-design practices, modernize core infrastructure, and mature the organizations security posture.

- Champion Internal Product Thinking: Translate business needs and internal user feedback into actionable roadmaps, clear success metrics, and scalable platform strategies.
- Modernize Enterprise IT: Lead infrastructure upgrades that boost performance, security, and scalabilitysupporting a distributed workforce while reducing operational burden.
- Advance Security Maturity: Drive strategic initiatives across IAM, secure SDLC, third-party risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI), partnering closely with InfoSec and Engineering.
- Embed Secure-by-Default Practices: Foster a culture of proactive, intuitive security without compromising usability or agility.
- Define AI Governance: Establish policy and monitoring frameworks around secure AI tool usage and employee enablement.
- Build and Track Metrics: Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that align with business, regulatory, and operational objectives.
- Drive Vendor Strategy: Evaluate third-party tools and platforms to improve the companys overall security posture across multiple domains.
- Be the Voice of the Internal Customer: Ensure the usability and value of solutions for internal teamsaligning features to real-world challenges and business priorities.
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on internal tools, enterprise infrastructure, or security platforms
- Strong user-focused mindset with the ability to distill complex tech needs into intuitive experiences
- Deep familiarity with security and infrastructure standards (NIST-CSF, ISO27001, etc.)
- Proven success modernizing infrastructure in hybrid or remote-first environments
- Awareness of AI/ML risks related to data privacy and model integrity
- Background in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or banking
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, including executive communication
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking approach with the ability to move from strategy to execution
