Job Title: Storage Architect
Duration: 6-12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Remote (EST Hours only)
Job Description
- DFSMS (Data Facility Storage Management Subsystem): IBM Storage Hardware: Experience with IBM DS8000 (DASD), TS7700 (Tape), and GDPS (Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex) Virtual Tape Libraries like Dell/EMC VSM, VLE, and ZFS is valuable.
- IBM Safeguarded Copy.
- Storage Area Network (SAN) Management: Understanding SAN concepts and management, Performance Monitoring and Tuning AND Capacity Planning.
