Has extensive platform knowledge. And experience working on ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow migration.
Can come up with a roadmap for migration/consolidation.
Strong hands-on experience on multiple ServiceNow Apps.
Can independently work & present innovative ideas with stakeholders.
