Job Title: PLM Teamcenter Project Manager
Location: Initially Remote Must be willing to relocate to IBM Baton Rouge within 1 month upon request
Rate: $70/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong technical and functional expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Teamcenter PLM implementation and integration projects

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and vendors

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

  • Ensure compliance with PLM best practices, data governance, and process standardization

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executives

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in PLM implementations

  • Hands-on expertise with Siemens Teamcenter PLM tools and platform

  • Strong understanding of PLM functional processes, including BOM management, change control, document management, and workflows

  • Familiarity with integration between Teamcenter and CAD/ERP systems

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • PMP or similar certification preferred
