Job Details
Must of soldering experience
- Must have Soldering and braising experience
- Must be able to interpret / read blueprints to create the assembly work
- Will be winding wire and determining how many turns does this wire need. (they have unique equipment and must be able to work on different sized parts)
- Daily duties: gather wire/materials to create the conductors. Making about 5 7 parts a day, test them in the testing lab, and get them ready for shipment
- Associates Degree is a plus (company will also accept a HS Diploma)
Major Responsibilities:
- Winding of heavy gauge wire and foil
- Soldering wire and braising copper foil
- Material handling of large parts and components
- Crane operation to position raw materials and finished product
- Assemble prototypes and small run production of electronic components.
- Apply insulation and connect wiring.
- Testing of electrical parts and components.
- Repair or replacement of defective components.
- Cycle counting component and finished parts
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education/Training:
Degree: Associate s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
