Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI-powered systems, with a strong focus on LLMs and agentic workflows
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product peers to develop customer-facing features
• Own the full development lifecycle: prototype, test, deploy, and iterate
• Contribute to a modern tech stack using Python, Go, and React/TypeScript
• Work directly with customers to ensure solutions meet real-world needs

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in production software development
• Deep familiarity with AI and LLM ecosystems and the latest advancements in agent-based architectures
• Strong skills in Python and/or Go
• Startup-friendly mindset-comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking initiative
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced, remote environment

Bonus If You Have

• 3+ years in ML, Data Science, or Applied Research roles
• A Master's or PhD in a technical discipline
• Prior experience building or scaling LLM applications
• Background in early-stage startups or enterprise SaaS

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $170K-$210K, depending on experience
