Cardiology PACS Analyst

Job Title: Clinical Imaging Cardiology PACS Analyst Location: Remote (occasional onsite work for go-live events or project needs) Duration: 12 months (likely to extend up to 24 months based on project scope Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple experienced Clinical Imaging Analysts with a focus on Cardiology PACS to support a multi-market uplift and conversion project. This role requires strong implementation experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects and time effectively
Participate in project calls and provide updates
Perform system testing and document results
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
Provide go-live and post-go-live support
Act as a subject matter expert for Cardiology PACS systems
Ensure timely resolution of escalations
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations
Required Qualifications:
3 4 years of experience in clinical imaging, specifically in Cardiology PACS
Experience with systems such as Merge Cardio, Change CPACS, Merge Hemo
Strong healthcare background
Familiarity with testing, documentation, and support processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and dedicate full-time focus to the project
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Associate s or Bachelor s degree (any field)
Experience working in remote and hybrid project environments
Work Environment:
Primarily remote
Occasional onsite presence required for go-live events or specific project tasks
Candidates must be fully dedicated to this role (no moonlighting or part-time engagements)
Full engagement is required
