Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) Consultant who is highly skilled in conducting product discovery, detailed walkthroughs, and functional demos for a new client opportunity. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise with the Oracle GTM application and the ability to articulate functional flows and capabilities to business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand trade compliance needs and business processes.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations (end-to-end) highlighting Oracle GTM features, capabilities, integrations, and value propositions.
• Provide functional expertise in areas such as trade compliance, screening, classification, license management, and customs processes.
• Map business requirements to Oracle GTM functionalities and recommend best practices.
• Prepare demo scripts, functional decks, process flows, and supporting documents as needed.
• Address client questions on configuration, setup, integration touchpoints (EBS/Cloud), and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support pre-sales efforts and solution positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12-18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Strong understanding of GTM modules:
  • Trade Compliance
  • Restricted Party Screening
  • Item Classification
  • License Management
  • Customs Management
  • Global Logistics & Trade Processes
• Experience running client demos, discovery workshops, or pre-sales sessions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into GTM solutions.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud or EBS integration with GTM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead client-facing sessions.
