Overview
We are seeking a Jira Confluence System Developer to lead the development and optimization of our program management platforms. This role involves designing strategic roadmaps, integrating corporate applications, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance automation and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Configure and optimize Jira and Confluence environments, including migrations and plugin management.
- Integrate corporate tools (on-prem, AWS, SaaS) for provisioning and reporting.
- Implement AI-driven enhancements for workflows and business processes.
- Build automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy) and AI/ML APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and SDLC methodologies.
- Expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management – Data Center).
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications for automation and analytics.
- Atlassian certification is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and enterprise integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Okta, Slack).
- Exposure to AI prompt engineering or LLM integrations.
