Location: Remote
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team and lead the stabilization and evolution of our newly implemented ServiceNow platform. The platform went live last month, and we're entering a critical phase of expanding its capabilities, optimizing performance, and aligning it with our long-term digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow architecture and platform governance.
  • Support the stabilization of the recently deployed ServiceNow environment.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows and AI-powered solutions across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the ServiceNow roadmap.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, integrations, and platform scalability.
  • Lead the implementation of new modules and features aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor platform performance and lead efforts to optimize efficiency and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect-level role.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) and AI capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
  • Strong background in designing workflows, business rules, and custom solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integration tools (REST, SOAP APIs).
