Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plant maintenance processes and strong hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules in ECC or S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and gather business requirements related to maintenance and asset management.
• Configure SAP PM modules to support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Support the implementation of end-to-end EAM solutions including Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Equipment Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO) for seamless integration.
• Provide functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.
• Assist with testing, training, and user support post-implementation.
• Optimize business processes and promote best practices in asset management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP EAM/PM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP PM Master Data, Work Order Management, Maintenance Planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of integration points with MM, QM, and CO modules.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Nice to Have:

• SAP Certification in EAM or PM module.
• Experience with mobile EAM solutions (e.g., SAP Asset Manager, Work Manager).
• Industry experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, or transportation.
• Familiarity with Fiori apps for EAM in S/4HANA.
