Job Description:
Our client, a healthcare organization, is undergoing a major telephony migration and is seeking Helpdesk Telephony Technicians to provide frontline support during this transition. The project involves migrating from three legacy systems (Cisco, PBX, Mytel) to Microsoft Teams (VOIP) and decommissioning the primary data center.
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling day-to-day support tickets related to telephony issues, including Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs). You'll work closely with end users to resolve issues remotely while the engineering team focuses on the core migration.

- Document support activities in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the engineering team as needed
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with Legacy Telephony Systems (Cisco, PBX, Mytel)
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and VOIP
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Cisco VOIP
- Phone system installation and support
- Basic cabling knowledge
