Help Desk Team Lead - Be the Backbone of IT Support Excellence!
Location: Folsom, CA | Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid-Remote


Are you a natural leader with a passion for tech and a talent for bringing out the best in others? We're looking for a Help Desk Team Lead who's ready to take charge, inspire a team, and drive exceptional support experiences for our partner customers.


This isn't your average help desk role. You'll be the go-to expert, the motivator, and the problem-solver who keeps the wheels turning and the team thriving.


What You'll Do:



  • Lead and guide a team of Level I/II support pros-be their coach, mentor, and technical guru.

  • Jump in when call or ticket volumes spike-your hands-on skills will shine.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align support strategies with business goals.

  • Run weekly stand-ups, track KPIs, and help shape the future of our support operations.

  • Be the escalation point for complex issues and a key player in process improvement.

  • Partner with resource coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling and ticket triage.

  • Help interview and onboard new team members-your voice matters.


What You Bring:



  • Proven experience as a Support Engineer with strong technical chops.

  • A passion for service excellence and a knack for solving problems efficiently.

  • Experience training and mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to document processes and contribute to knowledge management.

  • Flexibility to work after hours when needed-team success is your priority.


Bonus Points:



  • Experience with IT Glue or similar documentation tools.

  • Familiarity with central business management systems.

  • A proactive mindset and a drive to continuously improve operations.
