UX Product Manager / Owner ** 100% Remote for California Residents **

Overview:

Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished UX Product Manager / Owner.

*** Duration: 3 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:

• 100% remote role.
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Manager is open for a contract-to-hire if the background experience aligns. For the long term, manager needs strong mobile app experience.

Description:

• Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
• Conduct secondary market research.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.
• Utilize tools for basic analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases.
• Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive product improvements.
• Communicate user needs hypothesis to ensure desired product outcomes.
• Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
• Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
• Understand and drive User Research, UX to design and craft quality experiences.
• Advise and collaborate on test creation and setup.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree.
• Agile experience 3 years minimum.
• Experience working with UX.
• JIRA experience - 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSPO certification.
• Health care background is a plus.
• Experience with Accessibility a plus.
