Overview:
Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished UX Product Manager / Owner.
*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

*** Location: 100% Remote for California Residents
*** Duration: 3 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role
Notes:
- 100% remote role.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Manager is open for a contract-to-hire if the background experience aligns. For the long term, manager needs strong mobile app experience.
Description:
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
- Conduct secondary market research.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.
- Utilize tools for basic analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases.
- Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive product improvements.
- Communicate user needs hypothesis to ensure desired product outcomes.
- Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
- Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Understand and drive User Research, UX to design and craft quality experiences.
- Advise and collaborate on test creation and setup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree.
- Agile experience 3 years minimum.
- Experience working with UX.
- JIRA experience - 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSPO certification.
- Health care background is a plus.
- Experience with Accessibility a plus.
