Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Acquisition Contractor to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on driving performance across Paid Social and Programmatic Display channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and DSP platforms like The Trade Desk and DV360. You ll help scale digital campaigns that fuel user acquisition and pipeline generation for a leading B2B SaaS company.

This is an exciting opportunity to own and optimize paid media campaigns end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally with analytics and campaign teams, and contribute directly to growth objectives in a fast-paced, digital-first organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Manage and scale programmatic display campaigns using DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360
  • Perform audience segmentation and develop tailored ad copy and testing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ARR) and make data-backed optimizations
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards; communicate insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with campaign and creative teams to align messaging and improve ad effectiveness
  • Work closely with analytics and experimentation teams to design and run A/B tests
  • Stay current on industry trends in paid media and digital marketing best practices
  • Support additional digital acquisition tasks such as Paid Search, review site testing, or community outreach as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns for B2B or SaaS organizations
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads and at least one DSP platform (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)
  • Proven track record of campaign ownership, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics (or similar)
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting performance insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing or running experiments on review sites or emerging digital platforms
  • Experience managing Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising)
  • Familiarity with additional digital platforms such as Reddit, Twitter/X, and Facebook
