JOB DETAILS:
We are considering LOCAL CANDIDATES, who can work onsite.
Job Title: Japanese Bilingual IT Support Specialist
Required: * Japanese Bilingual
* Python or other automation programming languages
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for system operation support, troubleshooting, and minor application improvements for the Dallas team. There is a possibility that you may also take on SR duties in the future, General IT knowledge and flexible response skills are required.
Main Job Duties:
System operation and user support (account management, access settings, troubleshooting, etc.)
Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
System maintenance, creation and updating of operation procedures
Minor application improvements and automation support (Python, Ruby, etc.)
Coordination with development and infrastructure teams and issue escalation
Support for SR-related tasks and efforts to improve operational efficiency
Collaboration with the Japan team (English and Japanese communication)
Required Skills and Experience:
IT support, help desk, or system operations experience (2+ years)
Basic knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, VDI, etc.
Basic knowledge of automation using scripts (Python, etc.)
Prioritize teamwork and be able to work independently
Ability to work on-site in Dallas (Frisco)
Expected Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese
Experience in SR or incident response
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CDT)
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (CST)
Japanese holidays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are treated as holidays.
