RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Specialist in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Tech, Digital, Franchisees) to evaluate, test, and deploy new technologies in-store

Offer operational insights and user feedback on technologies like:
* POS systems
* Kitchen display systems (KDS)
* Self-order kiosks
* Mobile and digital ordering platforms
* Drive-through and restaurant automation
* Conduct in-field pilots and support technology rollouts across franchise and corporate locations
* Collaborate on hardware/software integration in lab environments and live stores
* Stay current on emerging QSR technology trends, vendors, and customer behavior

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-7 years of experience in restaurant operations or restaurant-focused technology
* Background with a QSR brand or multi-unit franchise model

Hands-on familiarity with:
* POS platforms (e.g., NCR, Oracle/Micros, Square, Toast)
* Kitchen ticketing or display systems
* Self-ordering kiosks
* Loyalty and digital ordering integrations

* Operationally minded; You understand the day-to-day flow of a restaurant and how tech fits in
* Strong communicator, self-starter, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
* Experience working with or supporting franchisees a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
