Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this role, you will analyze business processes and practices to design and implement technology solutions that align with organizational objectives. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend technology solutions.
Work closely with programmers and analysts to ensure solutions meet customer needs and align with business goals.
Document and inventory compliance obligations related to cybersecurity, including regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Map detailed compliance requirements to applicable regulatory entities and maintain accurate records.
Report progress to stakeholders on a consistent schedule, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Collaborate with various teams to support the design and implementation of new systems and procedures.
Ensure validation plans are in place to verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Support onboarding processes and provide guidance on system usage and compliance.
Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and business initiatives.
Assist in the development of documentation and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; compliance experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Advanced analytical skills to evaluate data and develop actionable insights.
Ability to document processes and procedures with precision and clarity.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in designing and implementing business solutions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
