Job Role - Application Support Engineer
Location - St Louis, MO (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Should have 5+ Years of IT Experience
Healthcare Domain Knowledge
Good Communication Skill (Vendor & Infra Co-ordination)
Knowledge on Application Support, Ready to work on late hours to have more SyncUP with US working hours.
Basic Infra Knowledge (Server, DB, Network, SSL Certificate, Upgrade, Migration, etc.)
Troubleshoot issues related to installation, upgrades, and patch deployments across multiple environments (test, staging, production).
Collaborate with vendors, internal IT teams, radiologists, and clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth application performance
Participate in the testing and validation for Upgrades and configuration changes.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; proactively address potential issues.
Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for knowledge base use.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data security, and clinical IT policies.
Provide after-hours or On-Call support as needed for critical incidents.
