Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in security vulnerabilities and document management to join our Security Product Security Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a preference for those who have project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MO365) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Security Product Security Department by managing document backlogs, handling duplicates, and merging documents.
• Consolidate, audit, and update current security disclosures to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Identify and rectify inconsistencies in documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Review and analyze public disclosure notes, enhancing the quality and comprehensiveness of information provided to customers.
• Clean up and improve the summaries of disclosures to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the research and response team, to ensure documentation meets organizational standards and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in the context of security vulnerabilities.
• Strong proficiency in MO365 and document management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation.
• Preferred work time zone: CST or PST.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative writing tools is a plus.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
