Pay Rate: Salary + Commission (W2 Only)
This role is 100% Remote, we will entertain on/off-shore candidates
Please note: We will NOT consider candidates who are on a work Visa (ie EAD/H1B).
HOURS: MON-FRI 8am - 5pm (CST)
Seeking to hire talented and experienced Recruiter with proven expertise in sourcing and vetting candidates across Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, CAD Design/Drafting, and Industrial Manufacturing Construction Management types of candidates.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of Recruiting, managing all phases of the recruiting life-cycle, including screening/processing/vetting candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating relocation, pay rates and extending offers.
Must have experience sourcing/vetting Manufacturing Engineer/Light Industrial talent.
Experience using ATS, updating candidates details, resumes and correspondences
Self driven person, able to work under pressure and independently
Excellent oral communication skills, required
Experience using MS Word, Excel and PPTndependently
