The Salesforce Studio at CriticalRiver is the hub for strategy, innovation, and execution of Salesforce programs. We deliver solutions that go beyond traditional consulting — combining Salesforce expertise with advanced automation, process analytics, and modern DevOps practices. Our mission is to help enterprises maximize their Salesforce investments and scale with confidence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Industry Clouds. This role bridges technical depth and project management rigor. The Technical PM ensures projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively, delivering faster, safer, and smarter outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, from initiation through deployment and managed services.
  • Translate business objectives into clear technical workstreams and delivery plans.
  • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and CPQ.
  • Oversee complex Field Service and CPQ deployments, including scheduling optimization, mobile workforce management, product and pricing rule design, and approval workflows.
  • Apply DevOps practices to ensure safe, continuous delivery of changes.
  • Ensure quality and reliability through automated testing frameworks.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical debt; leverage analytics to surface bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Accelerate resolution of configuration and support issues through reusable templates and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing communications and expectations.
  • Champion agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to Salesforce Studio playbooks, reusable assets, and knowledge base.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce project management or delivery roles.
  • Proven track record delivering Salesforce implementations across Field Service and CPQ (pricing, quoting, approvals, scheduling, and service optimization).
  • Strong technical background in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven delivery accelerators and Salesforce’s latest capabilities a strong plus.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Field Service Consultant.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at both technical and executive levels.
  • Experience working in agile environments with distributed/global teams.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to lead cutting-edge Salesforce programs with Fortune 500 clients.
  • A culture of innovation, where automation and continuous improvement are embedded into delivery practices.
  • Exposure to the latest Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and advanced CPQ.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunities within the Salesforce Studio.
