Job Title: Infrastructure Services Operations Analyst (Stonebranch)

Location - Minnesota City, MN

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8-10 yrs

Technical/Functional Skills Stonebranch Schedulers would need to be an expert in Stonebranch,must include knowledge of AWS/Cloud.

Experience Required 2 6 years in Stone branch Scheduling

Roles & Responsibilities A Day in the Life:

Provide technical support for batch processing. Which includes but is not limited to, abend resolution, rerun/restart, consult with On Call programmers and additional Technical Resources, and to suggest and apply resolutions in a time critical environment.

Assist in implementing permanent solution.

Plans and coordinates with Operations support resources for new and modified production workloads.

Support Operations to remedy problems within production application cycles.

Analyzes production processing procedures and develop improved methods.

Provides on-call coverage for assigned production applications as needed.

Reviews all new or revised application systems for acceptance into production status, ensuring that all proposed changes comply with Operations standards and have successfully passed production regression testing.

Coordinates system acceptance and migration of applications from test to production environment using configuration management tools.

Participates and contributes in new systems development relative to Operations standards, capabilities, and compatibilities from initial planning stages through system implementation.

Provides first line technical support for operational software.

Develops and enforces policies, quality initiatives, standards, and procedures within the production environment.

Mentors staff on Operations support.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Human relation skills to effectively interact with peers, subordinates, internal and external customers.

Able to motivate individuals and teams.

Technical knowledge of mainframe and distributed processing environments.

Thorough knowledge of JCL and configuration management processes is required.

UNIX/W32 Shell Scripting Experience with job scheduling (CA7 preferred) and other operational support tools is required.

Strong oral and written communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Sound decision making and judgment skills.

Strong problem solving skills.

Generic Managerial Skills Good communication

Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering
