About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive digital experiences and have a knack for transforming ideas into engaging designs, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct user research in alignment with design methodology
- Translate research insights, feedback, and requirements into clear actions
- Develop intuitive interfaces using low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Present and communicate UX decisions and findings to stakeholders, including Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
- Organize design files for seamless handoff using platforms like Zeplin
- Collaborate in building and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Ensure implementation aligns with accessibility standards and usability best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design· A strong portfolio showcasing research-backed UX/UI work
- Proficiency in design software (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Solid grasp of usability principles and human-computer interaction
- Experience with user research and data collection methodologies
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-device best practices, and existing design systems
- Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 for design handoff
- Working knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree or coursework in HCI is prioritized
- Experience with public sector or government tech modernization projects
