UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design and conduct user research in alignment with design methodology
•  Translate research insights, feedback, and requirements into clear actions
•  Develop intuitive interfaces using low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
•  Present and communicate UX decisions and findings to stakeholders, including Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
•  Organize design files for seamless handoff using platforms like Zeplin
•  Collaborate in building and maintaining design systems and style guides
•  Ensure implementation aligns with accessibility standards and usability best practices

What We're Looking For:

•  Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or a related field
•  2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design· A strong portfolio showcasing research-backed UX/UI work
•  Proficiency in design software (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite, etc.)
•  Solid grasp of usability principles and human-computer interaction
•  Experience with user research and data collection methodologies
•  Understanding of responsive design, cross-device best practices, and existing design systems
•  Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 for design handoff
•  Working knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG compliance
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
•  Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred qualifications:

•  Degree or coursework in HCI is prioritized
•  Experience with public sector or government tech modernization projects
