Digital Accessibility Forms Consultant (JotForm Conversion)
Location:Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Accessibility Forms Consultant to support our state government clients in modernizing and digitizing their legacy paper and PDF forms. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience converting forms into JotForm (or similar digital form platforms) that comply with the Federal Digital Accessibility Act, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards. The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure that all digital forms are accessible, user-friendly, and compliant with state and federal digital accessibility requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3 4 years of experience in digital form development and conversion from paper or PDF formats.
- Hands-on experience with JotForm (or similar tools such as Formstack, Cognito Forms, or Adobe Experience Manager Forms).
- Proven experience working with state or local government clients on accessibility or digital modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, and Federal Digital Accessibility Act compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for form customization and accessibility adjustments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
