Job Description:

Our client is committed to driving innovation and enhancing productivity through digital transformation. We are embarking on a strategic initiative to transform our digital workplace and deploy Office 365 (O365) and Intune for multi-factor authentication. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting this transformative project.

Position Overview:

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the deployment of O365 and Intune for multi-factor authentication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions throughout the digital workplace transformation.

  • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the digital workplace transformation and O365 deployment.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather insights and identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development and deployment of O365 and Intune.
  • Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, tools, and platforms to support the digital workplace transformation.
  • Support the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure the successful implementation of O365 and Intune.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate potential roadblocks.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of O365 and Intune across the organization.
