Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:
- The Manufacturing Technician supports products through new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions while assisting with new product introductions.
- The individual will learn manufacturing processes and best practices, support the Operations team in coaching assemblers, and instruct production personnel in manufacturing and testing procedures.
- The role includes recommending and implementing process, tooling, and equipment changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Additional responsibilities include interpreting test data, analyzing product performance, assisting maintenance with production equipment, performing scrap dissection, and supporting root cause investigations.
- The technician works closely with engineers on setup, calibration, rework, quality testing, and experiments, while ensuring compliance with all safety rules, QSR, and ISO standards.
- Ability to work within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Coach and instruct production personnel in manufacturing and testing procedures.
- Recommend and implement process, tooling, and equipment changes.
- Interpret test data and analyze product performance.
- Assist in initiating yield improvements.
- Support maintenance to ensure continuous production equipment operation.
- Perform scrap dissection and assist with root cause investigations.
- Summarize and communicate shift information across teams.
- Perform tasks related to setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing.
- Assist in developing methods and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct experiments with engineers.
- Comply with all safety rules, QSR, and ISO standards.
- Participate in the Material Review Board decision process.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Perform equipment setup and maintenance as needed.
- Install and validate production equipment and processes.
- Evaluate operating data and make on-line adjustments.
- Develop or revise documents and procedures.
- Certify manufacturing associates in production processes.
- Evaluate and order required equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Support company initiatives including QMS and EMS requirements.
