Qualifications:
BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Project management experience
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both oral and written
Ability to lead teams both directly and indirectly
Ability to understand the company vision and apply it at the detail level
