Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: 3 day onsite, 2day WFH
Client Industry: Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
About the Role
An Excellent Opportunity for Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location.
Required Skills:
- Project management skills, and an understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, SDLC and Waterfall
- Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
- Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills with experience communicating to senior executives, managers and business partners
- Ability to manage and respond to application end-user inquiries, triages issues and validate fixes/resolution
Desired Skills:
- Accountable for the change and project management processes that support the project in accordance with the Enterprise Change Management Standards
- Understand the UAT cycle, with full scope of software releases, test coordination, and documentation
- Ability to communicates project statuses, and tracking issues, vertically and horizontally across project stakeholders, partners and teams
- Working knowledge Enterprise Change processes and Project Management tools is preferred
- Financial services experience and strong understanding of the banks products and services and of the payments network industry is preferred
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $50-$55 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
