We're hiring an IT Service Delivery Engineer to play a mission-critical role in leading infrastructure and network operations for a well-established and rapidly evolving organization.

responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Windows servers, virtual infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, and security-related systems.
- Execute projects related to application upgrades, hardware refreshes, and network enhancements.
- Lead efforts in infrastructure security, including audits, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, UPS systems, and smart power equipment.
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Take the reins on disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
- Manage and maintain accurate technical documentation including network diagrams, flowcharts, and project schedules.
- Support 24/7 operations as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering within mid- to large-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft server environments (Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization)
- Firewall management, remote access, email synchronization, and patching
- Routing/switching (Cisco preferred), LAN/WAN design, and network security tools
- VMware, Print Spooler, Backup solutions, Remote Desktop Services
- Microsoft and security certifications required (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, Security+); Cisco certs (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) a plus.
- Familiarity with BGP routing, VoIP, Symitar core interconnects, or other financial industry systems is a bonus.
- Experience managing vendors and leading or contributing to multi-phase IT projects using PM best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

- Perform basic SQL Server admin (upcoming upgrade project)
- Participate in Windows Server migrations

- Handle SSO, network security, and patch management
- Optional scripting experience is a plus
- Assist in CRM-related marketing projects
