About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through closure

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success criteria

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, security, and vendors

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements

  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals

  • Drive adherence to project management best practices and governance standards

  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role

  • Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and systems implementation projects

  • Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent)

  • Experience working with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or integrations

  • Familiarity with SDLC and ITIL principles

  • Experience managing third-party vendors or system integrators

  • Background in change management or organizational transformation initiatives
