Overview:

We're hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning and integration phase of smart healthcare building programs across the U.S.

This role coordinates complex technology systems-including EHR, IoT, AV, security, and patient monitoring-to help deliver smarter, safer hospitals. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across clinical, construction, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program planning and system integration for smart healthcare facilities.

  • Coordinate EHR, IoT, AV, security, and patient monitoring systems.

  • Drive alignment between healthcare operations, IT, and construction teams.

  • Manage timelines, risks, and communication across large-scale programs.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in healthcare program management or related leadership roles.

  • Strong background in technology integration within clinical environments.

  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

  • Willingness to travel ~50%.
