Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Business Process Managers to lead process discovery and optimization efforts across federal agencies. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state solutions for implementation within a Drupal-based BPM platform. Your work will drive measurable improvements in service delivery, compliance, and digital modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to document as-is business processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive process maps, user journeys, and supporting documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into functional requirements and system specifications for Drupal-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and federal leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver enhancements aligned with mission goals and compliance standards.
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives, utilizing stakeholder feedback, analytics, and policy changes to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Support Agile/Scrum teams by ensuring requirements traceability, sprint readiness, and alignment between product development and business goals.


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and continuous improvement in complex organizations.
  • 5+ years facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gathering business and technical requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in process modeling using tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • 3+ years working with Drupal or similar CMS/BPM platforms in a requirements-gathering or solution design capacity.
  • Familiarity with federal government operations, digital modernization initiatives, and compliance frameworks (e.g., Section 508, FISMA).
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with service design, journey mapping, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition and IT governance processes.
  • Certifications in CBPA, BPMN, Agile, or similar frameworks are a plus
