POSITION SUMMARY
Seeking an Architect who will be responsible for defining platform designs in partnership with TI and our product vendors (new or expanding technology), completing capacity assessments, assist with solving technical problems as they arise and providing support to the Engineers as needed. This Architect will be engaged in BAU and large, complex solutions which align with the enterprise architecture strategy, technology and platform domain.
Working across business and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision for large complex solutions
Lead rapid-shaping of a high-level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensure architecture is flexible, modular and designed to adapt easily
Facilitate solution-driven discussions, lead the design of complex architectures, and find creative solutions through their knowledge of the
domain, practical experiments and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Clarifies the architecture and system design for the Engineering teams to support implementation, and provide solution options to resolve any
architectural impediments
Perform design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance,
maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)
This role ensures the solution is fit for purpose and use by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers, and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions
Contributes to best practices, standard templates and the architecture roadmap for defined
Expertise with large scale implementations of NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon/Korbyt Wallboards.
Experience with comparable products of another/competing vendor would be acceptable
Partners with Analysts and Engineers to provide and achieve solution objective for a given project effort
Contributes to impact assessments to determine if WFOS has a scope of work or opportunity when work is coming through the intake process
Completes capacity studies
Assists in new technology evaluations
Communicate with LOB on questions related to scope, discovery and estimates
Subject Matter expert on the functionality and the logic behind the design decisions
Drives out the detailed architectural design for the solution
Helps to identify external service providers/interfaces needed on a project

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Experience with WFOS applications is required including: Interaction Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, and Robotics automation
Architecture experience and Call Center technology knowledge required
Clear understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies
Consistent ability to work highly effectively with others
Acts as a champion of project process, able to use process to improve quality and timeliness of deliverables
Demonstrates excellence in soft skills, including listening, written, oral, organizational, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Understands the business customers and business processes supported by the team
Understands and promotes the functional capabilities provided by the team
Understands and leverages the technical capabilities and external services available to the team
Understands the vendor products and services in use by or available to the team
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
Familiarity with programming languages, database, storage platforms, operating systems, and office software
Strong MS Excel and Visio skills
Ability to create sound, detailed architectural flow diagrams
Ability to problem solve complex technology issues
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of banking systems and applications
Experience with comparable products of another/competing vendor would be acceptable
w2 only, uptown 3 days a week

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
