Job Details

We’re hiring 2 experienced Oracle ERP/EPM professionals to support LATAM timezone operations for a global financial systems team.
Remote | Contract | SF bay, CA is preferred
Role A: Financial Reporting / Patch Management Analyst

Tasks:

  • Validate monthly patch installations

  • Run financial reporting processes and perform reconciliation

  • Track and resolve post-patch defects

  • Document and execute structured hand-offs across teams in other time zones

Role B: EPM Patch Testing & Release Analyst

Tasks:

  • Test patches in EPM environments (FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, etc.)

  • Validate environment stability post-release

  • Identify and escalate patch-related issues

  • Work closely with global release teams during patch windows

Core Requirements (both roles):

  • 7–10 years in production support for Oracle ERP and/or EPM

  • Daily hands-on with patching, testing, and reconciliation (not oversight — execution)

  • Can document findings and escalate issues clearly

  • Based in or willing to work LATAM hours (UTC−3 to UTC−6 preferred)

  • Familiarity with LATAM statutory/localization requirements = bonus

  • English fluency required (written + spoken); Spanish/Portuguese = nice to have
