Job Details

Job Title: JDA Consultant Supply Chain & Inventory Planning
Location: Seattle, WA
Department: Supply Chain & Inventory Planning
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance JDA Demand and Fulfillment modules to support a large-scale distribution network
  • Partner with inventory planners to refine forecasting and replenishment strategies for improved accuracy and efficiency
  • Integrate JDA systems with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supplier portals for seamless data exchange
  • Analyze historical demand, seasonality trends, and supplier performance to continuously improve forecast accuracy
  • Support direct-ship programs from suppliers to dealers using JDA s allocation logic
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key KPIs, including service levels and inventory turns
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on JDA functionality and best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, collaborating with JDA/Blue Yonder support teams for resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, or Inventory Optimization
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, ideally within automotive, industrial parts, or similar industries
  • Proven experience in integrating JDA with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or large-scale parts networks
  • Familiarity with North American and Latin American distribution models
  • JDA certification or completion of Blue Yonder Academy coursework
