Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in operations management and the ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams across complex business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, execution-focused, and skilled at balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day delivery oversight. Candidates must be open to working occasional U.K. hours.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing operational or business projects, preferably within a matrixed or cross-functional organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams or projects with competing priorities.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment (Financial Services or HIPPA).
- Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma a plus).
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
