Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead Development Analyst with strong technical expertise in full-stack .NET application development to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex IT projects while also contributing to the development of secure, accessible, and scalable applications using modern technologies.

The Contractor must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • At least 3 years managing information technology projects
  • 3 years developing detailed project documentation for executive-level audiences
  • 3 years implementing and overseeing change management procedures
  • 3 years managing both in-person and virtual project teams
  • 3 years facilitating and coordinating with external stakeholder groups
  • Assigned staff must meet the following technical and development experience requirements:
  • .NET Development & Front-End Frameworks:
  • Minimum 9 years of experience developing applications using .NET Core Framework
  • 8+ years of experience using MVC architecture
  • 6+ years of experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • 9+ years with Visual Studio
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
  • 9+ years working with SQL Server 2019, including:
  • Stored procedures
  • Functions
  • Triggers
  • Views
  • 6+ years of experience with SSRS
  • 5+ years working with SSIS packages
  • Architecture, Integration & Cloud Services:
  • 7+ years of experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs, with JSON and XML
  • 9+ years of experience in an IIS client/server environment
  • 4+ years with Azure cloud services, including:
  • Azure SQL
  • Build and release pipelines
  • Triggers and configuration
  • 5+ years working with SQL Managed Instances and ASE Azure deployments
  • Technical Standards, Security, and Accessibility:
  • 9+ years of experience adhering to IT security standards, including:
  • Application hardening
  • Data encryption
  • 9+ years of experience with web accessibility standards
  • Experience with Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML)
  • 9+ years of experience applying object-oriented design and best practices
  • 9+ years developing web-based applications

Additional Skills:

  • Strong skills in interpreting and writing:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Visio, and Excel
