- Assist in providing remote support for network and desktop issues
- Learn to diagnose and resolve user problems through direct interaction
- Gain experience with multi-tier service desk operations
- Collaborate with software development and systems administration teams
- Contribute to knowledge management systems and self-service portals
- Develop skills in incident management and problem-solving
- Enhance your communication skills through user and team interactions
Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong interest in IT support and systems administration
- Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
Desired:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts
- Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
- Knowledge of information security practices
