Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the IT demand intake pipeline, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and properly categorized

Partner with IT Pillar Leads and Product Owners to prepare and update project summaries for quarterly planning and leadership review

Develop and manage planning materials - including prioritization decks, dashboards, and "above/below line" scenario views

Support execution of the quarterly planning cadence, including data preparation, facilitation support, and post-meeting follow-ups

Apply a strategic perspective when synthesizing demand and capacity data - connecting insights to business and IT strategy

Assist in designing and piloting a capacity management process, including templates, data collection, and reporting mechanisms

Maintain and validate FTE and contractor allocation data

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accuracy and alignment

Prepare executive-ready presentations and summaries with a high degree of professionalism, clarity, and visual polish

Identify and propose opportunities to streamline and improve demand, planning, and capacity processes as they mature

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in IT PMO, portfolio management, demand planning, strategic operations roles, or project management

Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and project information into concise, executive-level insights

Ability to build relationships with IT Product Owners

Proven success working in environments undergoing change or transformation; adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect IT portfolio priorities to enterprise strategy

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills - including experience supporting or briefing senior leadership

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to resource/capacity management or workforce planning processes

Experience preparing governance or steering committee materials

Familiarity with enterprise planning and prioritization frameworks

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow portfolio tools

Accurate, timely, and strategically relevant preparation of demand and capacity planning materials

Smooth, professional execution of quarterly planning cycles and governance sessions

Establishment of a baseline, repeatable capacity management process with clear ownership and reliable data

Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence through well-structured insights and presentations

Improved visibility and confidence in IT demand and resourcing decisions among leadership stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
