You will lead the design and development of AI-driven services, integrating cutting-edge foundation models (e.g., Gemini, Llama, GPT-4) into secure enterprise environments. You'll collaborate across engineering, security, and platform teams to deliver resilient, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent services using GenAI and modern software engineering practices.
- Build and orchestrate services using Python, Java, or C#, with a focus on containerized cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred, Azure acceptable).
- Integrate and operationalize LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Drive automation and productivity improvements using foundation models.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security compliance across the SDLC.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and risk objectives.
- Partner with IAM and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, including recent work with LLMs.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for service development.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred, Azure acceptable).
- Familiarity with HTML, SDLC, and service orchestration/testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Familiarity with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, DL4J, or H2O.ai.
- Background in Cybersecurity or IAM systems.
