Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a 6 month contract role with our client in the healthcare industry in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is 100% remote.
Description:
This position serves as a primary resource for incoming high-priority requests and new AI-related development initiatives. As a Data Analyst 2, this person is responsible for ensuring that any new reports or enhancement requests are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, including owning and maintaining multiple ongoing reports and initiatives. These supported assets are instrumental in delivering key actionable insights for STARs leadership to act upon in order to achieve our goal of 4 star plans for 80% of our membership. Some examples of these high priority assets are Incentive Reporting, "Client " Performance Management Dashboard, "Client " Contractual, as well as many other Contractual Incentive Reports. This role also impacts our AI development efforts and puts us at risk for the project completing on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC TO ROLE:
Required skills:
At least 2-3 years of experience in SQL, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.

Hourly W2 pay: $56.00 to $61.00/hour

- Create, deliver, adjust, and maintain key reports & tools needed to deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Lead the creation of our Provider Payment files that support our Medicare Incentive programs.
- Dedicated resource to support Monthly and Quarterly Payments files that support our key incentive Programs, MAIPi and MCAIP, as well as other smaller Incentive Programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain new AI tools to assist the business with streamlining its development and operational processes
Required skills:
