Overview

We re looking for a skilled System Analyst/Data Analyst to support and enhance our digital banking technology platforms. The ideal consultant will have strong experience with Q2, Plinkit, FIS DIB, and FIS CIB along with solid data analysis and system analysis capabilities.
This role requires analytical thinking, technical depth, and a strong understanding of banking/financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze systems to identify improvements, integrations & automation opportunities

• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and ensure data accuracy

• Partner with business teams, developers & vendors to gather/document requirements

• Support implementation, testing & maintenance of Q2, Plinkit, FIS DIB, FIS CIB

• Troubleshoot system issues ensuring smooth business operations

• Create & maintain process maps, data flows, system documentation

• Ensure systems comply with security & regulatory requirements

• Support upgrades, data migrations & integration projects

• Collaborate with data teams to enhance data quality, governance & reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field

• 3 5 years experience as a System Analyst or Data Analyst in banking/financial services

• Hands-on experience with Q2, Plinkit, FIS DIB, FIS CIB platforms

• Strong analytical, problem-solving & troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency in SQL, data querying & reporting tools

• Understanding of digital banking systems, APIs & integrations

• Excellent communication & documentation skills
