Job Details
Role Description:
Network Administrative activities include:
- Patching devices monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities
- Resolve daily issues on network devices and escalate if assistance required.
- Troubleshoot issues on TACACS, Load balancers, Switches, and routers.
- Troubleshoot issues on Certificate and PKI infrastructure.
- Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation.
- Resolve help desk tickets.
- Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements.
Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Should have working knowledge of Cisco, Dell, Juniper and Citrix network devices and load balancers.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
- Identify network failures and resolve the issues.
- Reset passwords, create accounts, Assign permission.
