Job Details

Role Description:

Network Administrative activities include:

  • Patching devices monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities
  • Resolve daily issues on network devices and escalate if assistance required.
  • Troubleshoot issues on TACACS, Load balancers, Switches, and routers.
  • Troubleshoot issues on Certificate and PKI infrastructure.
  • Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation.
  • Resolve help desk tickets.
  • Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

  • Should have working knowledge of Cisco, Dell, Juniper and Citrix network devices and load balancers.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks.
  • Identify network failures and resolve the issues.
  • Reset passwords, create accounts, Assign permission.
