Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services industry, with proven expertise in SQL querying, Jira, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO). Should come from Product based Environment This role requires excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
• Conduct data analysis using SQL to support business decision-making
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog in Jira and Microsoft ADO
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and review sessions
• Ensure clear communication of business needs and technical solutions
• Monitor project progress and resolve requirement-related issues proactively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (data querying and analysis)
• Proficient in Jira and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile project delivery
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with data teams, ETL processes, or reporting projects
• Knowledge of regulatory or compliance processes within banking
