Are you a dynamic engineering professional with a knack for driving projects to successful completion? We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to join our team.

This is a permanent role where you will be integral in leading and managing various projects in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently, meeting all specifications, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. This role requires a solid understanding of PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, control plans, print reading, root cause, corrective action, and status.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a wide range of projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate and direct project design, development, and testing activities to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, control plans, print reading, root cause, corrective action, and status to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in all project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and performance regularly and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality control, and other engineering departments.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, control plans, print reading, root cause, corrective action, and status.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively delegate tasks, balance multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
