Skills needed:5+ years of experience as an ITSM Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain an IT Service Management (ITSM) software product that integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow.Expertise in IT infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation, leveraging tools such as Zabbix, OTRS/Znuny, Linux, KVM, LXC, Kubernetes, and Proxmox.Proficient in ITSM frameworks (ITIL, Incident & Event Management).2+ years of RECENT hands-on experience needed with following tools:Zabbix (for monitoring, alerting, and automation).OTRS/Znuny (for ticketing, ITSM workflows).Linux (for server administration, automation).KVM & LXC (for virtualization and container management).Kubernetes (for orchestration, service discovery, self-healing).Proxmox (for VM/container lifecycle management).
