In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic development and oversight of our client's evolving business architecture framework. You will be instrumental in translating strategic business plans into tangible People, Process, and Technology (PPT) requirements, identifying key capabilities, and spearheading significant organizational change. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions.

responsibilities:


  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Develop, deploy, and lead the organization-wide business architecture strategy and roadmap, encompassing digital transformation, data integrity, process optimization, and business capability planning. This includes establishing oversight, governance, standards, and continuous evolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, key stakeholders, and diverse teams to align and prioritize business capabilities with overarching organizational goals. You'll analyze complex business challenges, map current states and identify gaps, and lead the development and implementation of transformative solutions.
  • Process & Capability Optimization: Champion and lead initiatives in business process mapping, gap analyses, process engineering, change management, and continuous improvement. Drive the integration of technology solutions to enhance business capabilities.
  • Thought Leadership & Influence: Promote a culture of business process optimization and continuous improvement across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and projects. Serve as a trusted advisor and champion for best practices in business capability architecture.

qualifications:


  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's Degree in a data or technology-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Extensive Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in business architecture, capability planning, or a closely related field, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in developing and implementing impactful business architecture strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Extensive experience with business capability technology and integration requirements, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial systems, employee lifecycle platforms, product management technologies, business intelligence tools, and similar enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strategic Understanding: Strong understanding of digital transformation principles, robust data management practices, and the critical alignment of IT with strategic business objectives.
