RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Summary:
This role is focused on understanding the business data as it is created in the source systems, following the flow of data and understanding its transformation as it moves into SET developed systems. How that data eventually makes its way to reporting will be an aspect of this role down the line, but right now, we are focused on understanding the Data Supply Chain an ensuring each consumer can get what they need.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-3 years of experience with SQL
* A good candidate should have skills in Data Profiling, Data Governance (more from applying it than standing up a whole program), Data Quality assessment, potentially even some Data Modeling, this person could have a data architect background
* Power BI and Python are nice to have, SQL is a must
* Previous experience evaluating data quality
* Experience modeling data and/or data governance
* Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
* Has good presentation skills
* Strong learning orientation and curious in approach to data
* Requires limited supervision, able to develop a plan, work through tasks and deliver results from a broad set of objectives
* Experience with the Agile Methodology a plus
* Understanding of Vehicle Processing or Servicing environment a plus
* Understanding of Automotive Industry a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
