Overview:
Seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and ADP experience to support HR systems, data integrity, and process enhancements. You’ll configure systems, troubleshoot issues, build reports, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR technology or related role
- Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) & ADP - enterprise level HR, Payroll and Reporting systems
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or IT preferred
